We've been with Infinity Energy since September of 2016. So far everything has happened as promised. Great option to be able to lower your bill without paying anything. We've suggested it to all our family and friends.

We heard about Infinity Energy because they are involved in a lot of volunteer work in our area. Jake was our rep and we could not have asked for a better experience! Extremely professional and educated on the entire program. Answered all of our questions (And there were a lot) Even explained how a TruUp works. Not one other company informed us of this while we were getting estimates.

Over the previous 2 years I had looked at other solar companies and I didn't like the price or the salespeople on either of those attempts. When I worked with Infinity it was straight forward and easy with no gimmicks. I was really worried about the install as I had seen several that had conduit and boxes all over the place. I discussed this a bit with the installers, and they made it a very clean install so I didn't have a big mess on the wall. Installers were great and left the area clean. We are loving the zero cost for electricity in the summer and having the AC set to freeze out in the summer.

I had infinity energy come out and install a security alarm and cameras at my home , they asked me if they could do a training while installing my system and I agreed. I had around 13 people in my home and at first I was hesitant just for having so many people in my home, but I don't regret it everyone was great and very respectful. I would definitely recommend infinity energy. David and Nick did great on making sure that everyone knew what they were doing.
